Every enquiry, whether professional, product support, or privacy, goes to the same address: me@adeeb.uk. There is no contact form, no ticketing portal, and no phone queue, so an email is the fastest and only route.
What to write about
Technology leadership and consulting: fractional or full-time engineering leadership, technical due diligence, architecture review, or help building an engineering function from scratch. Real estate technology, CRM implementation, and API work on property data are the areas where I have the deepest operating experience.
App support: if you use Teleprompter, Sleeve, or Provident Real Estate and something is broken, email the same address and include the app name, your device model, and the iOS version. Each app also has a dedicated support page linked from the Apps directory.
Privacy and data requests: questions about what any of my apps collect, or a request relating to your data, are answered directly rather than routed through a third party. See the privacy policy for the site, or the per-app privacy policies linked from each app listing.
Response times
I aim to reply to every email within two business days. Support requests that need a code change will get an acknowledgement in that window and a follow-up when the fix ships to the App Store. If you have not heard back after a week, it is worth resending, because mail occasionally lands in spam, especially when it contains screenshots or attachments.
