About Adeeb Trabulsi
Adeeb Trabulsi is a technology leader and entrepreneur who works at the intersection of software, real estate, and media. He is Chief Technology Officer at Provident Real Estate (promoted from Head of Technology in August 2026), where he owns technical strategy, system architecture, and the day-to-day management of a development team.
What I do
I lead technology at Provident Real Estate: setting technical direction, designing architecture for systems that need to stay reliable as they scale, and building the engineering practices that let a small team ship consistently. That covers everything from choosing the data model for a CRM to reviewing the deployment pipeline that puts it in front of customers.
Working inside a real estate company means the software I build sits right next to the people who use it: brokers, listings, leads, and the deals at the end. Being that close to the business, rather than a step removed from it, is the perspective I bring to technical decisions.
Background
My route into technology went through film. I founded and ran Adeeb Films from 2018 to 2023, producing short films with budgets from GBP 100 to GBP 15,000 and leading crews of up to fifty people. In 2023 I produced more than twenty videos for B2Broker, coordinating shoots across Hong Kong, Bahrain, London, Barcelona, and Paris.
Producing taught me the parts of engineering leadership that are not code: scoping work against a fixed budget, sequencing dependencies, and keeping a large group of specialists moving toward one deadline. I hold a BA in Practical Filmmaking from Metfilm School in London, with Second Class Honours in Production.
How I work
I build and ship my own products alongside client and employer work. Three iOS applications are published on the App Store (Teleprompter: Voice Follow, Sleeve: ID & Card Wallet, and Provident Real Estate), and two more, Concierge and Precision Inspection, are in development. Each is documented on this site with its own privacy policy and support page. The utilities process data on-device and collect nothing, which is a deliberate default rather than an afterthought.
I work in English and Arabic, and split my time between Dubai and London.
