Privacy Policy

Teleprompter does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking and no crash reporting, and the app makes no network requests of its own. Speech recognition for Voice Follow runs entirely on your device; the only download is Apple’s on-device speech model, which iOS and macOS fetch the first time Voice Follow is used. The camera and microphone are used only while the prompter is open, to show your picture and to record the takes you choose to shoot. Recordings and scripts stay on your device.

• No Account Required: Teleprompter does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.
• No Data Collection: The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal or usage data. There are no analytics, crash reports, or tracking of any kind.
• On-Device Speech Recognition: Voice Follow recognises your speech on your device. The audio it listens to is never recorded for this purpose, saved, or sent anywhere.
• Camera and Microphone: The camera and microphone are used only while the prompter is open, to show your picture and to record takes when you press record. Nothing is streamed or uploaded.
• Your Recordings: Takes are saved on your device: inside the app on iPhone and iPad (and in Photos as well if you choose), and in the Movies folder on Mac. They are never uploaded by the app.
• Script Storage: Your scripts are kept only on your device or in locations you explicitly choose. None of your scripts are shared or uploaded by the app.
• Works Offline: Apart from the one-time download of Apple’s speech model, Teleprompter works fully offline.
