Privacy Policy

Provident Real Estate accesses your account data to authenticate your session and load your real estate information from Provident's backend. We do not collect precise device location, device contacts, advertising identifiers, or any data unrelated to operating the app.

• Account Data: Your name, email address, and user ID are used to sign you in and load your listings, leads, and profile information.
• Leads & Listings: Lead contact details, budgets, pipeline stages, and property information are retrieved from Provident's servers to display your CRM data. This data is not stored on-device beyond your active session.
• Push Notifications: With your permission, we send push notifications for lead assignments and deal conversion alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Camera & Photo Library: Camera and photo library access are requested only when you nts. Media is uploaded directly to Provident's servers and is not used for any other purpose.
• Document Access: The document picker is used only when you attach files (such as title deeds or NOCs) to a listing or deal conversion. Documents are uploaded to Provident's servers at your explicit request.
• Sign In with Apple & Google: If you use Apple or Google Sign-In, we receive only the token and basic profile information (name and email) needed to create or match your Provident account. We do not receive access to your Apple or Google account beyond this.
• Data Retention: Account and brokerage data is managed by Provident Real Estate. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below. Or go to Account > Settings > Delete Account.
