Privacy Policy

Precision Inspection uses your account data to sign you in, handle your inspection enquiries, and show you your properties, inspections and reports from Precision's backend. We do not collect precise device location, device contacts, advertising identifiers, or any data unrelated to operating the app.

• Account Data: Your name, email address, mobile number, preferred language and user ID are used to create your account, sign you in, and let our team contact you about your inspections.
• Enquiries & Quote Requests: When you create an account or request a quote, your contact details, the service you are interested in and your property details are shared with the Precision Inspection team so they can respond to your enquiry. This information is handled by Precision Inspection and its parent company, Provident Real Estate, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
• Properties & Inspections: Property details you add (such as community, building, unit number, developer and property type) are reviewed by our team to confirm your property before inspections are scheduled. Inspection requests, schedules and reports are retrieved from Precision's servers and are not stored on-device beyond your active session, except reports you choose to download.
• Inspection Reports: Inspection reports, including photos and findings, are shared only with the clients linked to that property. Download links are private and expire after a short time.
• Push Notifications: With your permission, we send push notifications about your inspection requests, scheduled visits and new reports, and, for Precision staff, inspection assignments. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Camera & Photo Library: Camera and photo library access are requested only when you take or attach photos, for example inspectors documenting findings during an inspection. Media is uploaded directly to Precision's servers and is not used for any other purpose.
• Sign In with Apple & Google: If you use Apple or Google Sign-In, we receive only the token and basic profile information (name and email) needed to create or match your Precision account. We do not receive access to your Apple or Google account beyond this.
• Data Retention: Account data is managed by Precision Inspection. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below, or go to Account > Settings > Delete Account. Inspection reports already delivered for a property may be kept as part of our business records where the law requires it.
