Need help with Concierge? Accounts are by invitation: to request one, email us. Forgot your password? Email us from your account's address and we'll reset it (there is no self-service reset yet). If you lost your passkey, sign in with your password and one of your recovery codes. To delete your account, open the app and go to More > Account > Delete account, or email us. Click the button below to send us an email directly.
