Concierge (the iOS app and the web app at crm.by-rada.com) is operated by Adeeb Trabulsi, an individual developer. Accounts are created for creators by invitation. This policy covers the data Concierge processes for account holders and for the people in their CRM. Effective 13 October 2026.
- Your Account: Your email address, name, a securely hashed password, and any passkeys or recovery codes you set up. Passkeys are stored by Apple on your device and in iCloud Keychain; we only keep the public part needed to verify a sign-in.
- Your CRM Data: When you connect your Instagram professional account, Concierge receives through Meta's official API the comments, direct messages and story replies on that account, the usernames of the people who sent them, and your account and post statistics. It also stores the email addresses people give you, the emails you send them and whether they were delivered and opened, orders reported by your checkout (Dodo Payments) or your website, and page views on your website. This data belongs to your workspace and is only shown to its members.
- Photos: Photos you upload to make stories are stored in your workspace and used only to show and export your stories. The app asks for photo library access only when you choose photos.
- Writing with Claude: Optional writing help and the assistant send the text you ask about (and the CRM details needed to answer) to Anthropic's Claude API. Nothing is sent unless you use these features. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Service Providers: Meta (Instagram API), Resend (sending email), Dodo Payments (checkout and order data), Anthropic (Claude, only when you use it), Cloudflare (network and security), Google Fonts (web app fonts) and TikTok (only if you connect a TikTok account). Concierge runs on a server we operate ourselves.
- No Ads or Tracking: There are no ads, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the iOS app. It uses a single sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. We never sell or rent data.
- Data Retention: Your data is kept while your account exists. When you disconnect Instagram or TikTok, we stop receiving new data from it. Server backups are kept for a limited time and then removed.
- Deleting Your Account: In the iOS app, go to More > Account > Delete account. Or email us from the address on your account. This deletes your account, your passkeys and sign-in grants, and every workspace you are the only owner of, with all its data. Workspaces shared with other members stay for them.
- People in a Creator's CRM: If you contacted a creator who uses Concierge and want your data removed, ask that creator or email us, and we will delete it.
- Children: Concierge is a business tool, not intended for anyone under 18.
